A Bellevue attorney for nearly 30 years, Bianca has spent her career practicing law in Washington State, handling a wide range of cases that give her a broad and practical understanding of how the legal system affects real people.

 

She has served as a King County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, trying both misdemeanor and felony cases, and later built a successful private practice representing individuals, families, and small businesses. Her extensive courtroom experience, combined with her strong legal judgment, ensures she is prepared to serve as a fair, thoughtful, and effective judge from day one.

The Joint Asian Judicial Evaluations Committee which includes the Asian Bar Association of Washington, the Filipino Lawyers of Washington, the Korean American Bar Association of Washington, the South Asian Bar Association of Washington, the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Washington and the Middle Eastern Legal Association of Washington rated Bianca as "Exceptionally Well-Qualified."
