Bianca Tse is a longtime Bellevue attorney with nearly 30 years of experience practicing law in Washington State.

 

She began her career as a King County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, handling misdemeanor and felony cases in District and Superior Courts, and later founded her own law firm serving individuals, families, and small businesses across the Eastside.

 

Bianca earned her law degree from Tulane University and her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. Throughout her career, she has been guided by a deep respect for the law, a commitment to fairness, and a belief that the justice system must work for everyone.
