Meet Bianca

Bianca Tse is a longtime Bellevue attorney with nearly 30 years of experience practicing law in Washington State. She is the only former King County Prosecutor in this race for King County District Judge. Bianca has tried dozens of cases before a jury in over 16 years of experience as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney.  She knows her way around a courtroom, has full command of the rules of evidence, trial procedures, and has the strong ability to think on her feet.

She began her career as a King County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, handling misdemeanor and felony cases in District and Superior Courts, and now serves as Principal of a law firm serving individuals, families, and small businesses across the Eastside.

As a trial attorney, Bianca handled large case volumes as a regular course of her work as a King County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney.  As a pro tem judge, she has handled large-volume case calendars routinely and can make fair decisions for defendants while being mindful of the need to maintain community safety.

As a civil attorney, Bianca has the experience and knowledge to handle civil matters that come before the King County District Court. She's helped hundreds of clients with multi-million dollar real estate deals. As a prosecutor, she worked in the Domestic Violence Unit and has tried both felony and misdemeanor crimes.  She has an extensive background in these types of matters with a solid understanding of domestic violence dynamics to be able to make sound decisions when community members come to seek protection orders at the district court level.

Bianca earned her law degree from Tulane University and her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. Throughout her career, she has been guided by a deep respect for the law, a commitment to fairness, and a belief that the justice system must work for everyone.

Bianca supports our community on the eastside  by volunteering her time.  She is a former board member and current development committee member of KidVantage, an eastside non-profit organization that serves women and families in need. She is  also a former Girl Scout Troop co-leader and volunteered extensively in a variety of roles at Bellevue schools.
